Thriving Together is a coaching community for women to help you take back control of your life, define your goals and achieve your aims in a supportive environment. 

After many hours of coaching people I found many woman overwhelmed by their responsibilities and I wanted to do something practical and affordable to help them take back control of their lives. That's how the idea for Thriving Together was born. It is a supportive wellbeing group to help women through life's transitions; motherhood, menopause, career transitions or a time of extra responsibilities like caring for older parents.  You don't have to be overwhelmed to join - you may just want a safe community to chat and ask for advice and some group coaching to help you see your challenges as more manageable. 

For only £120 per year or £10 per month members receive:

• Online group coaching sessions/master classes on topics chosen by the community by voting in the Thriving Together Facebook polls. Examples include dealing with overwhelm, managing menopause, juggling work with caring responsibilities, returning to work after a career break and career direction. 

• Regular articles and tools to help us unburden ourselves and take back control of our lives

• Access to a supportive closed, hidden Facebook Group  and/or Google Chat membership group with other women. As well as providing a safe space to support each other, it will include regular polls which will guide the content of my articles and group coaching sessions

• 10% discount from all coaching services for members including retreat days

Clerking Circle - empowering Town and Parish Clerks

As a public servant who has worked alone I know how isolating and stressful it can be. I have worked closely with Parish Clerks for nearly 20 years and know first hand how essential they are - but also overlooked you can be sometimes. If you did the same role for a Professional Services company you would receive regular coaching to help you reach their full potential. 

I wanted to find an affordable way to support Town and Parish Clerks with difficult stakeholders, over work, setting priorities and big changes such as Local Government Re-organisation. That's where I got the idea for Clerking Circle.

For only £120 per year or £10 per month Town and Parish Clerks will receive:

• A minimum of quarterly online group coaching sessions/master classes on topics chosen by the community

• Regular articles packed with advice and inspiration based on my own life experience, the experience of people I know and techniques which can help you deal with common challenges faced by Town and Parish Clerks 

• Access to a supportive closed, hidden Facebook Group  and/or Google Chat membership group with other Town and Parish Clerks. As well as providing a safe space for you to support each other, it will include regular polls which will guide the content of my articles and group coaching sessions

• 10% discount from all coaching services for clerks and any of their parish councillors including bespoke group coaching sessions for your parish or town council and my retreat days.
