Transformational coaching and my coaching communities

I can support you to  change your perspective; clarify your purpose, goals, and direction and help you improve your performance and productivity. Coaching is a great way to help you effectively manage change, reframe any limiting beliefs and empower you to take ownership and responsibility for your actions and development - all within a supportive, non-judgemental and confidential safe space. 

Transformational coaching facilitates powerful mindset shifts that help you re-evaluate your thinking and beliefs.  As it is holistic it can helps in all  areas of life from your career direction and professional development to relationships and personal fulfilment - because our lives do not operate in silos.  Worries and concerns at home are still on our mind at work and vice versa.

Services:

• 6 coaching sessions plus a free contracting session meeting between every 3 to 6 weeks  which are booked n tranches  of 6 one hour sessions. Email me for more details.

• Group coaching sessions bespoke to meet your needs.

Coaching Communities - membership groups

I currently offer membership of two coaching communities for £120 per year or £10 per month

• Thriving Together  exclusively for women to help you take back control of your life, define your goals and achieve your aims in a supportive environment. 

• Clerking Circle specifically designed for Town and Parish Clerks to support their professional lives and overall wellbeing

Benefits of membership for both groups

•  Online group coaching sessions/master classes on topics chosen by you

• Regular articles packed with advice, inspiration and techniques to help you deal with common challenges 

• Access to a supportive closed, hidden Facebook Group Membership Space. As well as providing a safe space for you to support each other, it will include regular polls which will guide the content of future articles and group coaching sessions

• 10% discount from all coaching services for clerks and any of their parish councillors including bespoke group coaching sessions
